Ingredients
Sabudana or sago 200 gms
Green chillies 2
Roasted peanuts 100 gms
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak the sabudana for 2 to 3 yrs in cold water. Drain out the water and leave it in the colander till all the water is drained out and it does not stick together.
Powder the peanuts coarsely and keep it aside.
Heat a kadhai add one tsp of oil, urad dhal, mustard and green chillies saute for 5 mts. To this add the soaked and drained sabudana and saute it for another 5 mts. Add required amount of salt and sprinkle the coarsely powdered peanut powder. Saute it for another 5 mts. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot.
