Ingredients
Soft malai paneer 200 gms
Onions medium size 2 cut finely
Tomato 1 cut finely
Green chillies 2
Ginger and garlic paste optional
Turmeric 1/4 tps
Everest Kitchen King masala/ garam masal powder 1 1/2 tps
Oil 1 tbs
Kasuri Methi 1/2 tsp
Chopped corriander leaves 1 tsp
Salt as per requirement
Method
In a hot pan add oil, ginger garlic paste(optional) onions,tomato and green chillies. Saute this till well cooked. To this add crumbled malai paneer, turmeric, salt, garam masala or kitchen king masala and a little water once it's well cooked sprinkle kasuri methi and corriander leaves.
Serve hot with rotis or make a sandwich with it.
