Ingredients: Apple - 1 Lemon juice - 1 cup Venthayam- 1 tablespoon Kaduku - 1 tablespoon Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon Salt - 1 1/2 tablespoon Oil - 7- 10 tablespoon Asofotedia- 1 teaspoon
Method : Put 3 tablespoons oil in pan now add venthayam and kaduku and once splattered add chopped apple pieces, lemon juice , chili powder and salt in medium heat. Mix well now added asofotedia. And switch off from heat and add 4 tablespoon of oil and mix and put in jar. The pickle will be good for 2 weeks. Amazing pickle. If you need extra hot added more chilli powder and salt proportionately.
