Ingredients Vazhaikai thole - removed from 2 vazhaikai chopped Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon Salt to taste Garam Masala - 1 tablespoon Perunkayam / Hing - 1 teaspoon Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon Channa dhal - 1 teaspoon Kadugu - 1 teaspoon Oil - 2 tablespoon
Method First boil the vazhaikai thole in hot water or in pressure cooker for 2 whistles. In a pan add 2 tablespoon of oil Add kadugu,chana dhal, urad dhal Let kaduku splatter Now add vazhaikai thole, chilli powder, salt, garam masala Mix and fry till the curry becomes little dry, you can add oil if you prefer the curry to be little oily.
