Authentic Vegetarian Thai Fried Rice

Ingredients Capsicum Red -1 Capsicum Green - 1 Onion -1 Basil- 5 leaves Garlic and Ginger paste - 1 spoon Soya sauce- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil- 2 tablespoon Butter - 1 tablespoon Lemon grass - 1/2 Spring onion - 2 Coriander/ chilli/ lemon juice / ginger / coriander powder/ cumin chutney - 2 tablespoon Oil - 100 ml Jasmine Rice - 250 gms Salt Water Chilli - 5 Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon Chilli paste with vinegar- 3 tablespoon Servings : 4 people Method : Cut onion and capsicum big and saute them in a wok with 100 gms oil. Now add coriander chutney, ginger garlic paste and chilli paste. Mix them in medium heat now add soya sauce Mix them well.Add basil leaves and salt. Add sesame oil and leave it for 5 minutes.mix them. Switch off the heat. Now add lemon juice and spring onions. Cook jasmine rice with separately and once rice is cooked add butter to it.cool down rice. Now mix the rice in wok. To make coriander chutney Add coriander leaves, chilli,lemon juice , salt, cumin powder, coriander powder,lemon grass, onion, grind to a watery paste. Delicious Thai fried rice is ready.
