Ingredients
Potatoes 4 to 5 Carrot 1 Capcicum 1/4 cup Tomato 1 Peas 1/4 cup Onion 2 Ginger garlic paste optional Corriander leaves Lime slices Green chili 1 Pav bhaaji masala 3 tbs ( Everest/MTR) Chilly powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Table butter 2 tbs Pav bun or bread slices
Method
Cut the veggies n boil them with a pinch salt and turmeric ( potato, carrot, peas, capcicum n tomato) Heat a kadhai add salted butter, ginger garlic paste, green chillies n one onion chopped finely. Saute this for a few minutes. To this add the veggies, pav bhaaji masala, chilli powder n salt. Start mashing the veggies and add hot water to make it into semi solid paste. Cook it for 10 mts . Garnish it with corriander. Serve it hot with buttered n toasted pav buns or bread slices along with onion and lime.
